All packages are shipped through USPS Or UPS.
Orders placed with both custom and in stock items will be shipped together after the custom items are completed. If you would like the in stock items to shipped after purchase, please place them in a separate order.
Shipping outside of the US is an option! Please send us an email at circlehcustomleather@gmail.com
If you pay with Paypal, please double check that the shipping address is correct.
Circle H Custom Leather is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail.
Customer is responsible for requesting additional mail insurance and will be billed separately from normal shipping costs.
My number one goal is to produce quality, long lasting products for every customer and will stand behind our products. All of Circle H Custom Leather’s products will come with a lifetime warranty of workmanship. This means if the stitching pulls loose or a stud or crystal comes off they will be replaced free of charge.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NEGLECT, ABUSE, OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
Warranty work does not include shipping costs, buyer must pay shipping charges.
Examples:
If you tie your horse by the reins and he pulls back and breaks your headstall, that does not fall under warranty. Same goes with bronc nosebands/halters.
If you never clean/oil/condition your tack and it I damaged or breaks due to this it is not covered under warranty
If you use your tack for other uses than what it is designed for and it is damaged or broken as a result, this is not covered by warranty.
If paint is worn off or scratched due to use this is not covered under warranty.
If stitching gets worn through or comes loose, this is covered under warranty.
If crystals, studs, or other embellishments (except conchos) come loose of fall off, this is covered under warranty.
Conchos- I do not replace lost conchos free of charge. It is your responsibility to check and tighten conchos on a regular basis.

Returns
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any custom or used items/orders
Custom orders may not be cancelled after being placed.
Returns are accepted on NEW/Unused “in stock” items only within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charged are non-refundable.
Custom Tack Options/Ordering information

For all custom orders we do require a deposit of half upfront before any work is started.
We do have a wide variety of hides so if you are looking for a certain color/style just ask!
